EEG Workshop MCC 2019

In order to set up your data and scripts to reproduce all examples of the workshop, do the following:

download all scripts here and unpack into a new folder

download all slides here to follow the code (it includes the updated helper functions as well as minor bug fixes)

then download the example data, unzip and place it into the same folder

for the IC selection examples (COMPASS) download the toolbox here.

Additionally, you will need EEGlab to load, save and plot the EEG data, which you can download here.
